5th, 6th, & 7th Grade: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
8th, 9th & 10th Grade: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Grade Level
Hoop Elite AAU
Master the Skills to Dominate School Tryouts
Our practices mirror the structure of high school & college level programs, with every session incorporating advanced game strategies, decision-making skills, and situational awareness. 

Compete at the Highest Level
Our top teams compete in renowned tournaments like Grassroots 365 and West Coast Elite, held in premier venues such as Open Gym Premier in Oakland and The Ultimate Field House in Walnut Creek.
Fall AAU Season
September, October, November
 5th & 6th Grade (11U/12U) 
Practice Days & Times: Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:00PM-7:30PM
  Tournament Dates: September 20th; October 11th, 18th; November 1st, 15th, & 22nd

7th & 8th Grade (13U & 14U) 
Practice Days & Times: Mondays from 6:00PM-7:30PM & Wednesdays from 6:00PM-7:30PM
Tournament Dates: September 20th; October 11th, 18th; November 1st, 15th, & 22nd

High School (15U)
Practice Days & Times: Tuesdays from 6:00PM-7:30PM & Wednesdays from 7:30PM-9:00PM 
Tournament Dates: September 13th, 27th; October 4th & 25th
